Аннотация

Статья посвящена инновационной восприимчивости территорий как одному из условий развития региональной экономики. заключается в построении инновационной, конкурентоспособной, наукоемкой, устойчивой и социально-ориентированной экономики. Осуществлен обзор и общий анализ существующих подходов к определению термина инновационной восприимчивости. В статье дано определено, что для осуществления мониторинга и управления развития территории она должна представлять собой обобщающий индикатор, характеризующий активность, способность, готовность и результативность использования регионами своего внутреннего и внешнего потенциала в процессе поиска, создания и использования новшеств.

The article is devoted to the innovative susceptibility of territories as one of the conditions for the development of the regional economy. Is to build an innovative, competitive, knowledge-intensive, sustainable and socially oriented economy. A review and general analysis of existing approaches to the definition of the term innovative susceptibility has been carried out. The article determines that in order to monitor and manage the development of a territory, it must be a general indicator characterizing the activity, ability, readiness and effectiveness of regions using their internal and external potential in the process of searching, creating and using innovations.
