| dc.description.abstract | Resposible actions as a norm regulating managers' behaviour. An engineer as a person owns his own values and norms that influence his/her every day life and career. There has been ethic issues, precising moral and custom requirements, created for different professionals. Individual responsibility is one of the main ethical categories. Responsible actions, especially important in engineers' professionals group, are the most important kind of individual responsibility. It creates engineer's attitude towards: a place of work, tools, technology; his/her work receivers; collaborators. When engineere education is considered, a particular attentiom should be put on internalisation of that norm. | |
