Analysis of zoonym application as a part of phraseological unit. Zoonyms as a structural component of phraseology fulfil not only nominative function. Sometimes the meaning of zoonym aims to allegorical symbols of man, often metaphorical, stylistically underlined endowed with semantic and stylistic nuances. But today in science there has been an intensification of research on the basis of structural and semantic analysis to detect genetic, typological or national language peculiarities of phraseological funds of certain languages. Phrases with the component zoonym is a system that reflects not only the common language qualities but also the signs defined by the characteristics of microsystems.
