управления условиями устойчивого успеха организации. Дано определение качества организации и определены его составляющие. Приведены новые процессы и категории управления, входящие в систему
управления устойчивым социально-экономическим развитием организации. Проанализированы уровни степени удовлетворенности потребностей и ожиданий заинтересованных сторон управлением организациями топливно-энергетического комплекса и других отраслей Брестской области с учетом специальных функций управления. Рассмотрены производственно-психологические характеристики специалистов

of the quality of the organization is given and its components are determined. New processes and management categories included in the management
system for the sustainable socio-economic development of the organization are presented. The levels of satisfaction of the needs and expectations of stakeholders
by managing organizations of the fuel and energy complex and other sectors of the Brest region are analyzed, taking into account special management
functions. The production and psychological characteristics of the organization’s specialists are considered, which determine the situationally comprehensive
