| dc.description.abstract | Целью исследования является независимый анализ влияния природных и экономических факторов, наличие имеющихся возможностей и ограничений, влияющих на развитие промышленности строительных материалов Апшерон-Хызинского и такого важного экономического района, как Баку. Материалы и методы: В статье дан анализ экономических показателей развития промышленности строительных материалов двух экономико-географических районов Азербайджана (Апшерон-Хызинского и Баку) и, учитывая роль промышленности строительных материалов в общем социально-экономическом развитии экономики страны, были исследованы факторы, обеспечивающие ускоренное и устойчивое развитие этой отрасли. Результаты и обсуждение: Оценка природных и экономических факторов, влияющих на развитие промышленности строительных материалов, помогает понять потенциал развития и авантажность в экономических отраслях одного региона. На развитие промышленности строительных материалов оказывают влияние такие факторы, как географическая среда, наземные и подземные ресурсы, транспортная инфраструктура, различные производственные отрасли, рынок недвижимости, трудовые ресурсы, социальные и политические отношения, торговля и др. Выводы: С целью обеспечения развития промышленности строительных материалов в будущем с применением передовых технологий в производстве и для управления этими технологиями, вырастить грамотных специалистов для сотрудничества в разных отраслях. Для увеличения инновационной способности в промышленности строительных материалов необходимо составить и утвердить план сотрудничества всех участников. Сделанные выводы в экономических целях могут быть использованы в программе социально-экономического развития регионов страны. | ru_RU |

| dc.abstract.alternative | The purpose of the study is to independently analyze the natural and economic factors affecting the development of the building materials industry in important economic regions such as Absheron-Khizi and Baku, and to understand the existing opportunities and limitations in the field of industry. Material and method In the article, the economic indicators of the construction sector and the building materials industry in two economic-geographical regions of Azerbaijan (Absheron-Khizi and Baku regions) were analyzed, and the factors that help ensure the rapid and sustainable development of this industry, taking into account the role of the building materials industry in the overall socio-economic development of the country's economy analyzed. Analysis and discussion: The assessment of natural and economic factors affecting the development of the construction materials industry helps to understand the development potential of a region and its advantages in economic fields. Factors such as geographic location, underground and surface resources, transportation infrastructure, various production areas, real estate market, labor force level, social and political relations, trade and sales are also factors influencing the development of building materials industry. Conclusions: In order to ensure the future development of the construction materials industry, advanced technologies should be applied to production and cooperation with various sectors should be done to train qualified and educated personnel to manage these technol ogies. In order to increase the innovation capacity in the construction materials industry, a plan should be drawn up that confirms the cooperation of all participants of the general construction sector. The proposed results can be used for economic purposes and in socio-economic development programs of the country's regions. | ru_RU |
