Автоматизация процесса оценки объектов недвижимости сравнительным методом

Abstract

For solving the problem, data about objects-analogues have been collected, an adjustment to haggle developed and application "Comparative evaluation method" created. This application allows to: store, add, modify and delete regulatory background and data about objects-analogues; choose object type, a real estate object's purpose, modifiable properties; define boundaries of dates of transactions and summary area of real estate objects. After clicking the relevant buttons, the application displays objects-analogues corresponding given parameters, adjusts their costs, also gives statistics, program and done adjustments info, and saves the results.
