The solution for the task of automatic recognition of adopted fragments in multilingual information environment with the cross-language functionality and focus on the detection of both explicit and implicit adoptions of text fragments by means of the well-developed linguistic text analysis, that is based on the knowledge of natural language, together with the existed effective information retrieval and machine translation tools is proposed in the article.
