| dc.description.abstract | Этап обоснования замысла проекта инвестиционно-строительной деятельности является важнейшим и сложным. Важность определяется ценой ошибки при принятии решения об участии в проекте. Сложность связана с отсутствием в проекте деталей, которые можно обоснованно оценить. Методы оценки проекта для обоснования замысла выбраны из общей теории сложных систем. В статье классифицированы объекты строительства как объекты инвестиций и определены участники процесса. Цели всех участников проекта инвестиционно-строительной деятельности представлены в виде дерева, имеющего четыре уровня иерархии. Построение дерева целей является первым этапом формализации процесса инвестиционно-строительной деятельности и позволяет найти подходы к моделированию этого процесса. | ru_RU |
