| dc.description.abstract | Статья посвящена вопросам развития инновационной политики в странах СНГ с учетом опыта стран Евросоюза. Переход на инновационный путь развития возможен при общей инновационной политике и унифицированном инновационном законодательстве, основанном на лучшей мировой инновационной практике. Это тот путь, по которому пошел Евросоюз (ЕС), столкнувшись с жесткой конкуренцией со стороны США и Японии. На такой же путь должны встать и страны СНГ. Сделан вывод, что из стран СНГ наиболее подготовленными к ведению согласованной инновационной политики оказались
страны ЕврАзЭС, которые в ноябре 2006 г. приняли рекомендации по гармонизации законодательства государств-членов этой организации в сфере инноваций и инновационной деятельности, в рамках которых планируется разработка Концепции создания единого научного и инновационного пространства ЕврАзЭС и евразийской инновационной политики. | ru_RU |

| dc.abstract.alternative | The article deals with the development of innovation policy in the CIS on the experience of the EU countries.
