| dc.description.abstract | Статья освещает ряд проблем, связанных с вопросами проектирования и изготовления зубчатых колес с применением операции зубошлифования и модификации профилей зуба для снижения шума.
Для оценки влияния введения обычного зубошлифования на
снижение шума зубчатых передач были проведены исследования
шума зубчатых пар, изготовленных с применением зубошлифования
на Минском заводе колесных тягачей. Приводятся результаты исследований точности и шума указанных зубчатых передач, дается
оценка качества их изготовления и анализируются проблемы существующего техпроцесса на Минском заводе колесных тягачей. На
основании анализа показателей точности профиля зуба предлагается введение его модификации. | ru_RU |

| dc.abstract.alternative | Clause shines a number of problems connected to questions of designing and manufacturing of gear wheels to application of operation teeth of
grinding and updating of structures of a tooth for decrease of noise.
For an estimation of influence of introduction the usual teeth of grinding on decrease of noise of gear transfers was carried out researches of noise
of gear pairs made with application teeth of grinding on Minsk a factory of wheel tractors. The results of researches of accuracy and noise of the specified gear transfers are resulted, the estimation of quality of their manufacturing is given and analyze problems of existing technical process at the Minsk
factory of wheel tractors. On the basis of the analysis of parameters of accuracy of a structure of a tooth the introduction of his updating is offered. | ru_RU |
