dc.abstract.alternativeA feature of the method of self-radiation for electronics products have a direct link resource of radio-electronic components (REC) with their temperature. Operational methods of its own radiation evident in the study of large number of similar elements as digital thermal fields the same products are well correlated. Diagnostic parameter (DS) while checking the technical state, formed in accordance with the method of heat transfer (heat conduction, convection, thermal radiation), and may be represented not only by a set of numerical values, but also in the form of two-dimensional (threedimensional) thermograms. After the formation of a set of informative features can be applied pattern recognition algorithms. Analysis of the possibilities of the method of its own radiation showed the possibility of a high-performance noncontact diagnostics using computer technology to process the results. Theoretical and experimental studies allow to draw conclusions about the feasibility of using the method of self-radiation not only to determine the technical condition of the digital block and to localize the faulty rivers make digital unit. Fault localization process involves determining faulty RIVERS by recording and processing of diagnostic parameter - the thermal response to the input test patterns developed for the OBS. The use of self-radiation requires the creation of new diagnostic models that display DP connection with physical and chemical processes that occur at the RJC. To construct a model of heat transfer from the "heated" crystal semiconductor on the surface of rivers (the problem of non-stationary heat conduction) is necessary to analyze technology of rivers and structure of modern semiconductor RIVERS.ru_RU
