| dc.description.abstract | Среди большого разнообразия перекрестков в улично-дорожной сети города следует особо выделять перекрестки высокой напряженности пешеходно-транспортных потоков. Это, прежде всего, перекрестки, образованные пересечением нагруженных магистралей, проходящих по городу и связывающих транспортной коммуникацией районы города. В статье рассматривается метод анализа таких перекрестков и даются рекомендации по улучшению их характеристик. Сгладить ситуацию, частично разгрузить перекресток, возможно путем перевода перекрестка в режим адаптивного управления. | ru_RU |

| dc.abstract.alternative | In a street road network of the city it is necessary to distinguish from a big variety of intersections especially intersections of a high tension of foot and transport streams. It, first of all, the intersections formed by crossing of the loaded highways passing around the city and connecting transport communication districts of the city. In article the method of the analysis of such intersections is considered and recommendations about improvement of their characteristics are made. To smooth a situation, partially to unload the intersection, it is possible by transfer of the intersection to the mode of adaptive management. | ru_RU |
