Определяется нахождение уровня управляемости стратегией развития предприятия и соответствующая ему область (зона) работы. Отражена необходимость проведения мониторинга специальных функций управления. Определяются стартовые условия уровней стратегического развития предприятия и условия формирования показателей стратегии с учетом временных интервалов анализа. Приводится исходная информация для мониторинга процессов специальных функций стратегического управления и необходимость работы службы мониторинга, обеспечивающей функционирование технологий прозрачного управления. | ru_RU |
