| dc.abstract.alternative | Clause is devoted to one of complex and urgent problems – questions of national self-determination in conditions of the polyethnic state. The historical aspect, chosen by the author, of a problem – process the rooting Crimean tatar per first half 20 – opens essence of the given problem. Clause opens political aspects of creation of independent Soviet republic in Crimea as from the point of view of realization of national interests Crimean татар, and in view of political interests of the Soviet authority in Crimea. In clause the theoretical approaches to a question of creation of independent republic in Crimea, ideological aspects of this problem are analysed. Especially in details considers a position М.
