| dc.description.abstract | Рассмотрены подходы в управлении и организации ремонта и реконструкции зданий и сооружений существующие в нынешней практике Республики Беларусь в рамках традиционных методов и структур управления. Дана классификация причин, участников и действий, предшествующих ремонту и реконструкции зданий. Отдавая предпочтение методам проектного управления как наиболее эффективным, предлагаются, в зависимости от вида ремонта, схемы выбора подрядчиков, процедур управления проектами по ремонту и реконструкции зданий. Одна из особенностей предлагаемого подхода состоит в том, что на конкурс выносятся не конкретные работы на конкурентных объектах, а номенклатура работ и расценки на них, а с победителем заключается договор на определенный календарный период. | ru_RU |

| dc.abstract.alternative | Approaches to the management and organization of repair and reconstruction of buildings and structures existing in the current practice of the Republic of Belarus within the framework of traditional management methods and structures are considered. A classification of the causes, participants and actions preceding the repair and reconstruction of buildings is given. Giving preference to project management methods, as the most effective, they are proposed, depending on the type of repair, a scheme for selecting contractors, and procedures for managing projects for the repair and reconstruction of buildings. One of the features of the proposed approach is that it is not specific works at competitive sites that are submitted for competition, but the range of works and prices for them, and an agreement is concluded with the winner for a certain calendar period. | ru_RU |
