| dc.description.abstract | Studying and the account of influence of ecological factors on definition of cost of objects of the real estate is a new and perspective direction in scientific and financial and economic sphere. Ecological factors at a real estate estimation are necessary for considering as its metainfrastructure (a condition of a life of a society), essentially in-fluencing a real estate project cost. In turn, value of this metainfrastructure, accepting the monetary form, defines the contribution of set of ecological factors to a real estate project cost. The contribution of an ecological metainfrastructure to a real estate pro-ject cost can be both positive, and negative. In the conditions of market economy by means of functioning of the market of the real estate value of an ecological metain-frastructure finds the adequate reflexion in structure of market cost of the real estate. | |
