| dc.description.abstract | В мировых тенденциях функционирования экономик регулярно отмечается постоянный рост значимости создания
эффективной структуры взаимосвязей предприятий региона, которая позволит обеспечить высокие темпы экономического
роста, повышение качества производства высокотехнологичной продукции, рост уровня жизни населения. Предпосылкой для решения этих задач может стать использование преобразованной структуры региона, ключевое место в которой займет кластеризация производственной сферы экономики. С этой целью в данной статье рассматриваются ключевые теоретические аспекты кластеризации региональной экономики, представлены подходы к определению понятия «кластер». Определены участники кластера и требования к ним, потенциал, цели и функции, относящиеся к кластеризации, а также система инфраструктурного обеспечения кластерного подхода в Республике Беларусь. | ru_RU |

| dc.abstract.alternative | In the world trends of economies functioning, it is noted a constant increase in the importance of the creation of an effective
structure of interrelationships between the regional enterprises, which will ensure high economic growth rates, improvement of the
quality of high-tech products and increase in living standards. The usage of the transformed structure of the region is seen as
a prerequisite for solving these problems, and clustering of the production sphere of the economy will occupy the key place in it. The article examines key theoretical aspects of the regional economy clustering, presents approaches to the definition of the concept of “cluster”. Also, cluster members and requirements to them, the potential, goals and functions, which are related to clustering, are defined. The system of infrastructural support of the cluster approach in the Republic of Belarus was defined. | ru_RU |
