| dc.abstract.alternative | The article are describes potential opportunities of the Russian national movement. According to results ofparliamentary elections in 1928 places of residing of great numbers of the Russian were recognized in Polesian region. The Russians possessed enormous lands here. Among this national minority there was kept the high percent of educated people.
