| dc.abstract.alternative | The family of Niemcewich played an important role in the history and culture of the Republic of Belarus. Their cultural heritage must be restored and preserved. The article establishes some interesting facts about the history of the Niemcewiches’ palace in Skoki, for example, a purpose of the brick column near Skoki, and a place where there could be a wooden house, a birthplace of Julian Ursin Niemcewich.
