| dc.description.abstract | В статье детерминированы понятия «слияние», «поглощение» и «рейдерство». Проанализированы мотивации субъектов сделок по слияниям и поглощениям коммерческих организаций. Приведены фазы развития рынка слияний и поглощений в Российской Федерации и выявлены схожие черты с экономикой Республики Беларусь. Проанализированы существенные особенности экономики Республики Беларусь, формирующие специфические черты сделок по слияниям и поглощениям. На основе анализа статистической информации о транснациональных слияниях и поглощениям определена степень участия Республики Беларусь в обозначенных процессах. Сформулированы факторы инвестиционной привлекательности отечественных коммерческих организаций и возможности нейтрализации их негативной составляющей. | ru_RU |

| dc.abstract.alternative | The article determines the notions «mergers», «acquisitions» and «corporate raid». The motivations of the subjects of the deals on mergers and acquisitions of commercial organization are analyzed. The phases of the de-velopment of the mergers and acquisitions market in the Russian Federation are listed and similar features with the economy of the Republic of Belarus are revealed. Essential peculiarities of national economy of the Republic of Belarus are considered which form specific features of mergers and acquisitions. On the basis of the transnational mergers and acquisitions the degree of the participation of the Republic of Belarus in the aforesaid processes is determined. The factors of investment attractiveness of home commercial organization and possibilities of neutra-lizing their negative constituent are formulated. | ru_RU |
