| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассматриваются вопросы определения социально-экономической безопасности производственных организаций с позиции важности внедрения современных международных стандартов качества ISO и выполнения мероприятий Программы «Качество 2021–2025». Обосновано применение уровня управляемости как показателя, характеризующего состояние процессов управления качеством организации в конкретный момент времени и отражающего возможности
обеспечения социально-экономической безопасности субъекта хозяйствования. Проанализированы уровни управляемости производственных организаций Брестского региона, сформулированы рекомендации по разработке программ их устойчивого развития с привлечением менеджеров по антикризисному управлению и санациям, выявлены факторы, препятствующие их успешному внедрению. Определены ключевые направления реализации мониторинга результативности мероприятий в ходе выполнения данных программ, что способствует достижению поставленных целей производственных организаций и сохранению конкурентоспособности в долгосрочном периоде. | ru_RU |

| dc.abstract.alternative | The article discusses the issues of determining the socio-economic security of industrial organizations from the standpoint of the importance of introducing modern international quality standards ISO and the implementation of the activities of the Program «Quality 2021-2025». The application of the manageability level as an indicator characterizing the state of the organization’s quality management processes is justified. It is emphasized that socio-economic security is one of the key factors for the successful operation of industrial organizations. In this regard, the authors of the article drew attention to the importance of introducing modern international quality standards, which can significantly increase the level of manageability of the organization and ensure its socio-economic security. Within the framework of the study, the levels of manageability of industrial organizations in the Brest region were analyzed and recommendations were formulated for the development of programs for the sustainable development of organizations with the participation of crisis management and rehabilitation managers. As a result of the work, it was revealed that the level of manageability is a reliable indicator of the socio-economic security of the organization and its
