| dc.description.abstract | На примере малого предприятия ОАО «Молотковичи», расположенного в Брестской области, проводится анализ эффективности и проблем его менеджмента. Исследование дополняется результатами SWOT-анализа деятельности данного предприятия. В завершении статьи выделяются ключевые причины (факторы внутренней среды), сдерживающие развитие предпринимательской деятельности в отрасли, и рекомендуются показатели управления, на которые следует обращать внимание руководству малого предприятия отрасли для обеспечения конкурентоспособности деятельности. Подчеркивается важность повышения конкурентоспособности малого сельскохозяйственного производства в стране. Материалы статьи могут быть использованы для дальнейших исследований показателей деятельности малых предприятий в республике, выявления проблем их функционирования. | ru_RU |

| dc.abstract.alternative | The author conducts the study of the management effectiveness and its problems (based on the materials of a small enterprise «Molotkovichi», located in the Brest region). At the end of the article, the author highlights the key reasons (factors of the internal environment) that hinder the development of entrepreneurial activity in the industry, and recommends management indicators to ensure the competitiveness of activities. In the article the author emphasizes the importance of increasing the competitiveness of small agricultural production in the country. The materials of the article can be used for further research on the performance of small enterprises in the republic, identifying problems in their activities. | ru_RU |
