| dc.description.abstract | Ключевая цель программ социально-экономического развития Республики Беларусь – достижение
роста национальной экономики и повышение ее конкурентоспособности. В современных экономических
условиях Беларуси влияние микро- и малых организаций на позитивные изменения в экономике
незначительно. Вместе с тем, согласно опыту зарубежных стран, такие субъекты способны обеспечить
экономические преобразования, приводящие к росту объема и качества национального продукта.
Объект исследования – микро- и малые организации в национальной экономике. Целью работы является
исследование основных показателей деятельности микро- и малых организаций в Республике Беларусь
за 2010–2020 гг. В статье по данным национальной статистики проведено собственное эмпирическое
исследование показателей деятельности микро- и малых организаций республики. Во введении статьи
указана актуальность исследования, которая объяснена недостаточностью роли микро- и малых организаций
в экономике страны в современных условиях. Высказано мнение, что микро- и малые организации
не реализуют возможности развития в полной мере. В основной части работы изложены выводы
из проведенного анализа изменений в показателях деятельности микро- и малых организаций согласно
исследуемому периоду, которые позволяют проследить деятельность микро- и малых организаций
в сложившихся условиях ведения хозяйствования. Исследование охватило такие направления,
как динамика количества микро- и малых организаций, реализация микро- и малыми организациями
трудового, производственного, инвестиционного, инновационного потенциалов, динамика основных
финансовых показателей деятельности. В заключении статьи подведены итоги. Высказано мнение,
что сложившаяся ситуация не соответствует проводимой государственной политике поддержки
субъектов малого предпринимательства, воздействию различных региональных мер поддержки малого
предпринимательства и деятельности общественных организаций. Материалы статьи могут быть
использованы для дальнейших исследований показателей деятельности микро- и малых организаций
в республике, выявления проблем их функционирования. | ru_RU |

| dc.abstract.alternative | The key goal of the Socio-Economic Development Programs of the Republic of Belarus is to achieve
growth of the national economy and increase its competitiveness. In the current economic conditions of Belarus,
the impact of micro- and small enterprises on positive changes in the economy is insignificant. At the same time,
according to the experience of foreign countries, such entities are able to provide economic transformations leading
to an increase in the volume and quality of the national product. The object of the research is micro- and small
enterprises in the national economy. The aim of the research is to study the main indicators of micro- and small
organizations in the Republic of Belarus for 2010–2020. In the article, based on the data of national statistics,
an own empirical study of the indicators of micro- and small organizations was carried out. In the introduction
of the article, the relevance of the research is indicated, which is explained by the insufficiency of the microand
small enterprises role in the country’s economy in modern conditions. The opinion was expressed that microand
small enterprises do not fully realize development opportunities. In the main part of the article, conclusions
are drawn from the analysis of changes in the performance of micro- and small enterprises according to the study
period, which allow us to trace the activities of micro- and small enterprises in the current business conditions.
The research covered such areas as the dynamics of the number of micro- and small enterprises, the implementation
of labor, production, investment, innovation potential by micro- and small enterprises, the dynamics
of the main financial indicators. At the end of the article, the results are summarized. The opinion was expressed
that the current situation does not correspond to the current state policy of supporting small businesses, the impact
of various regional measures to support small businesses and the activities of public organizations. The materials
of the article can be used for further research on the performance of micro- and small enterprises in the republic,
identifying problems in their functioning. | ru_RU |
